HC takes cognizance of PIL plea against ‘Hindu’ courts
Allahabad: The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday sought response of the Uttar Pradesh government on a PIL plea urging the court to intervene in the alleged constitution of Hindu courts on the pattern of Sharia courts by an organisation in several western districts of the state.
