The developers are eyeing the areas that have easy accessibility to ORR from the connecting radial roads within the city and Inner Ring Road The 14 junctions on the Outer Ring Road 
Hyderabad: With the last stretch of Nehru Outer Ring Road or ORR the 33-km Shamirpet to Peddaamberpet on the verge of completion, the city of Nizam would have a place among the new technology and IT driven mega urban cities. The 158 km ORR built at a cost of over 7,000 crore is designed for vehicles to run smoothly at a speed of 120 km per hour, thus making it possible to reach the other end of the city in less than 75 minutes what would have taken 3 to 4 hours earlier. Now all the focus is on the entry and exit points to the ORR that would allow the commuters enter into the high speed zone without going through the traffic snarls and all kinds of pollution. Other than the National Highways like NH 9, NH 7 and NH 4 the ORR gives easy connectivity to State highways connecting Vikarabad, Srisailam, Nagarjunasagar and Karimnagar/Mancherial, Kurnool, Mahbubnagar, Medak, etc Medchal. 
There are 33 radial roads that connect the Inner Ring Road with the fenced expressway giving easy access to the ORR from any part of the city. While the bulk of realty development is focused in and around the ORR, the property developers opt for connecting areas and junctions on the ORR. This would give easy mobility for citizens to commute between the proposed Hardware Technology Park, Apparel City, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Fab City, Infosys etc and satellite townships and within city areas.
