Shashank in semifinals

Bangalore: Telangana State player M Theertha Shashank did well to down sixth seeded Venugopal Praneeth from Tamil Nadu to enter the singles semifinals of the AITA Men's tournament here on Friday.
It has been an impressive performance by the boy, who made the main drae cut as a qualifier.
Results: M Theertha Shashank (TS) bt Venugopal Praneeth (TN) 7-5, 6-2.
