Warangal dist badminton from July 8

Warangal: The Dr T Ravinder Rao Memorial Warangal district badminton tournament for boys and girls (Under-13, 15, 17 and 19), men and women, under the joint aegis of Warangal District Badminton Association (WDBA) and Department of Physical Education of Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science (KITS), will be held at the institute’s indoor stadium here from July 8 to 10, according to WDBA General Secretary Prof P Ramesh Reddy. 

Entries close on July 4. The event assumes significance because the top performers will represent Warangal district in the ensuing State-level championships. Further particulars can be had on Tel Nos: 94405-99888/98851-60230.
