Thandi wins ITF singles title

Hong Kong: World No 261 Karman Kaur Thandi upset top seeded Chinese Jia-Jing Lu in straight sets in the summit clash final of the $25,000 ITF Hong Kong 02A tennis tournament here.  The 20-year-old, with three doubles titles on the ITF circuit in her kitty, won her maiden singles title with a on the ITF Pro circuit, defeated her opponent 6-1, 6-2.  in the summit clash of the $25,000 event.
