Local girls Y Sai Dedeepya and Sahaja Yamalapalli won the Doubles title of TSTA AITA All India Ranking women tennis tournament held at SATS Tennis Complex here on Friday. 

They defeated fellow state players Shaikh Humera and Shajiha Begum 7-6(5),7-5
