H-1B visas: Companies that got the highest foreign labour certifications in Q1 2019
Recently the US Department of Labour released the latest H-1B visa statistics for the first quarter of the financial year 2019. The report shares the latest figures on applications processed, top occupations, top states and more. Listed here are the top 10 companies to get foreign labour certification for H-1B visas for the Q1 FY-2019.

Deloitte Consulting, LLP
Deloitte Consulting tops the list with 18,306 H-1B specialist occupation labour certifications. The number accounts for 10.4% of all foreign labour certifications for the H-1B work visas for the first quarter of 2019.
Apple
Apple is at No. 2 spot. The company received 16,426 H-1B speciality occupations for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2019 ending on December 31. This is 9.4% of the total visas.
KForce
KForce is in the third position with 10,292 visa certifications. The number is 5.9% of the total annual certifications.
Amazon.com Services
Amazon.com Services received 5,485 certifications in Q1 FY19. The number makes for 3.1% of the total visa certifications.
HCL America
HCL America ranks at No. 5, with 5,085 certifications. HCL America has a 2.9% share of all foreign labour certification for the H-1B work visas for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2019 ending on December 31.
Cognizant Technology Solutions, US Corp
Cognizant Technology Solutions is at the sixth position, US Corp had 4,725 certifications for the H-1B visas for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2019 and accounted for 2.7% share in the total foreign labour certifications.
Facebook
According to the Department of Labour, Facebook received 4,133 H-1B visas for the quarter ending December 31. This makes for 2.4% of the total share.
Qualcomm Technologies
At number eight comes Qualcomm Technologies with 3,271 H-1B visa certifications, making its total share 1.9%.
Intel Corporation
The ninth position on the list goes to Intel Corporation. The company received 2,913 certifications and had a 1.7% share of the total certifications.
Oracle America
Oracle America comes at No. 10 in the list. The company received 2,279 H-1B labour certifications for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2019 ending December 31, 2018.
