Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, S10 e set to launch today: How to watch the event live
New Delhi: Today Samsung the tech giant will launch the next smartphones in the Galaxy lineup —- the S10, S10+ and S10 e. The company will launch these three phones at Samsung’s ‘Unpacked’ event which is to be hosted in San Francisco. The event will start at 12.30AM IST. According to a report by Gizmodo UK, the initial price of the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10 Plus is disclosed to be EUR 799 that is about Rs 64,510 and EUR 899 that is about Rs 72,602 respectively.
The Galaxy S10 e is expected to be priced at EUR 669 (about Rs 54,028) this is the base price.
Samsung Galaxy S10 Features
The Samsung Galaxy S10 is assumed to be powered by Samsung Exynos 9820 SoC processor or the yet-to-be-launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 under the hood. The device is assumed to flaunt a 6.1-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display. It may come with an in-display fingerprint sensor as well. Another interesting feature that the handset is rumoured to feature is the ‘Sound on Display’. The SoD technology is expected to emit audio directly from the OLED display panel. The S10 is believed to run on Samsung’s OneUI based on the latest Android 9.0 Pie. For the first time, the Samsung Galaxy S device may come in 1TB inbuilt storage variant. With triple rear cameras at the back, the front side is likely to sport the ‘Infinity’ display with punch hole on the top right corner. The smartphone may be available in 6GB and 10GB RAM variants.
Samsung Galaxy S10+ Features
Samsung Galaxy S10+ or Plus is said to be the most powerful model out of the three. The smartphone may feature the same set of specifications except for a larger screen, bigger battery and an extra front-facing camera. It is also rumoured that the device will be showing off a 6.4-inch QHD+ SUPER AMOLED display. The specifications on the battery and the second front-facing camera are not yet known.
Samsung Galaxy S10 e Features
Samsung Galaxy S10 e is said to be the least powerful out of the three. Not many details are known about the device but as per rumours, the handset will sport a similar screen as the Galaxy S10, same processor but dual rear cameras, single front camera, lesser battery and possibly less RAM.
