Google Pixel 3 XL is growing more notches with its age
The Google Pixel 3 XL has been criticized to a larger extent, because of its huge notch. In fact, despite Google nailing it in the camera and build sector, the smartphone has been criticized for its ungainly notch and a thick chin. Though, Google tried its best to cover that notch within the Pixel’s Developer Settings. In spite of that, the Pixel 3 XL is annoying its users by its notch with a bug.
Several users of the Pixel 3 XL have reported that occasionally their handsets show the second notch on the corner of the screen which covers up a valuable area. That area of the screen becomes unusable, with content wrapping around the area.
Users who are facing this problem said as of now the issue can be solved for the time being by restarting the device. Some users have even said that a single reboot has never brought the issue back. In addition to this, the users can also go into developer settings and turn off the second notch manually. A report from Android Police also states the issue has been brought to Google’s notice and a fix has been promised over a software update.
The Pixel 3 XL is Google’s latest flagship offering for this year which offers the best of Android user experience.
