Kadiam Srihari assures parents to examine fee report

Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Kadiam Srihari on Tuesday met with the Hyderabad School Parents Association (HSPA) members following the recommendations released by the Prof Tirupathi Rao committee on the school fee issue.

In the meeting, Kadiam Srihari assured them the recommendations will be examined before the government issues an official order.

HSPA members revealed that the Minister has assured to review the matter in detail.

As part of its report submitted to the government, the committee suggested the state permit private unaided schools to enhance fee by 10% every year but the delegation explained that the cost of education would hit more than 800% by the time the child completes schooling.
