Class IX student falls victim to sword dance at wedding

 A Class IX student had a tragic end in Hyderabad when he got injured severely while dancing at a wedding.

Dancing with sharp daggers and swords at a wedding is an  Arabic-style marriage performance which is a socially and culturally accepted ritual.

However, the dance is now being celebrated even in Hyderabad and among the teenagers, it has become even more popular.

Identified as Hameed, the deceased was celebrating a wedding with a dance on Friday when he was hit with his own sharp dagger.

Even though he was rushed to the nearby hospital immediately, the victim succumbed to sword injuries on Saturday.a
