Awareness programme on superstitions held

Qutubullahpur:  Atheist Center’s regional president Gyara Srinivas has called upon students to follow the foot-steps of scientists.

He conducted awareness programme for high school students at Zilla Parishad High School in RP colony in Jagadgirigutta on superstitions.  The programme was held on the occasion of the birth anniversary of renowned scientist Hargobind Khurana.

In-charge Head Master Rameswara Rao presided. 

Expressing concern over growing superstitions in spite of advancement of science, he urged students to give up superstitions and develop interest for science.
