GHMC to hold LRS melas on Jan 11, 12

Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHYMC) will conduct the LRS Mela on January 11 and 12 to dispose the applications received under the land regularisation scheme swiftly. 

The GHMC received a total of 84,980 applications for regularisation of the land. Most them have been disposed off. In respect of the others, the GHMC sent notices to the applicants asking them to submit relevant documentary proof.  

The GHMC decided to hold the LRS mela on January 11 and 12 at its zonal offices to dispose of the rest of the applications. The melas will be held between 10.30 am and 5 pm on these two days.
