KCR launches two-wheeler ambulance services in Hyderabad

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday launched 102 and 108 Two-Wheeler Ambulance Services in Hyderabad.
The Telangana government has launched the services as a part of 'Amma Odi' scheme which kicked off on December 28, 2016, for the safe transport of postpartum mothers to their homes after delivery in government hospitals.
The services of the 1st phase of the scheme began with 41 vehicles.
With the state government making the services available for which Telangana health department has arranged 50 Two-Wheeler Ambulances and also Two wheelers for ANM nurses.
