Telangana Fibre Grid Corporation signs MoU with HP

Hyderabad: Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation and Hewlett Packard Enterprise entered into an MoU on Wednesday for Deploying Digital Village as part Technology demonstration network, pilot project of Telangana Fiber Grid Project (T- Fiber) at Maheshwaram Mandal villages. 

Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation Limited - Managing Director Sujai Karampuri and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Director Corporate Affairs - Ambrish Bakaya  signed the MoU and as part of MoU Hewlett Packard Enterprise going to deploy up to 3 Digital Village. 

Government of Telangana under T- Fiber project is envisaged to provide broadband internet to every household in rural and urban Telangana for providing the better Government to Government and Government to Citizen Services. 

For the T-Fiber Project, as part of at TDN, Hewlett Packard Enterprise has come forward with Initiative of Digital Village (DV) under Corporate Social Responsibility. 

Digital Village (DV) is an HPE Initiative where IT will be used to enable local Healthcare, Education, Skill and Common Service Centre using the backbone provided by the T-Fibre Project to provide these facilities to Citizens in Villages. 

HPE will like to deploy and provide up to three Digital Village. The entire solution consists of equipment of eHC & Future Class Rooms and Skills (Digital Literacy & Entrepreneurship), Wi-Fi Hotspots and Platform for Hosting the above with in Single Window. These 3 Digital Village will be deployed as mutually agreed in phases between Hewlett Packard enterprise and T-Fibre Government of Telangana.
