India Today Conclave -2018 seminar was held at the Park Hayat Hotel in Hyderabad on Thursday which had Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in attendance.
Leading journalist Rajdeep Sardesai said during the discussion of the symposium that he was surprised every time he came to Hyderabad adding that the city is much better than Delhi.

Responding to this, KTR took Twitter sharing that Hyderabad has always been the second capital of India even though it is not officially announced.
Rajdeep, let me remind you Hyderabad is already the only city (outside of Delhi) to have a Rashtrapathi Nilayam where H. E the President of India does his winter sojourn every year
