The BJP leader also dismissed the allegation of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao that the Central Government was not releasing enough funds for Telangana. He said that the Centre has released Rs. 3900 crore for Mission Bhagiratha and Rs. 677 for Mission Kakatiya during the last two years. He said that the Centre would continue its support in the completion of all irrigation projects in the State.

Dattatreya refused to comment on reports of former minister Dr. Nagam Janardhan Reddy's plans to quit BJP.
