Licensed Architects, Structural Engineers gets HMDA notice

Hyderabad:  Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) Commissioner T. Chiranjeevulu has served notices to 51 licensed Architect and Structural Engineers for violation of rules. 

The licensed Architect and Structural Engineers have been accused of not fulfilling the conditions laid by the HMDA for granting building permissions. Although the HMDA has simplified the rules, the land owners are facing lot of hardship due to non-fulfilment of criteria and non-submission of required forms by the licensed Architect and Structural Engineers. Therefore, the HMDA Commissioner, in the notices served, warned them of cancellation of license if they continue to make errors.
