Pawan Kalyan launches political 'yatra' in Telangana
Hyderabad : Actor-turned-politician and Jana Sena Party President Pawan Kalyan launched his first political yatra in Telangana here on Monday.
Christened as 'Chalore Chalore Chal', Pawan Kalyan's yatra began from his party office at 9 am on Monday after his wife Anna Lezhneva performed an "Arati". He proceeded to Jagtiyal in a convoy of 50 vehicles. Later in Jagtiyal, Pawan Kalyan performed Pooja at Kondagattu Anjaneyaswamy Temple. He also donated Rs. 11 lakh for the development of temple.
From Kondagattu, Pawan Kalyan went to Karimnagar where he interacted with his party workers.
Pawan Kalyan is scheduled to address a meeting at Subham Gardens in Karimnagar on Tuesday which will be attended by leaders and workers of erstwhile Karimnagar, Adilabad and Nizamabad districts. After the meeting, he will visit Kothagudem. He will also conduct a road show in Khammam on January 24 at 9 am also address meetings of party workers from Khammam, Warangal and Nalgonda before returning to Hyderabad.
