12-year-old boy crushed to death by a lorry in Hyderabad

A 12-year-old boy was crushed to death by a lorry in Hyderabad on Sunday.

The victim, Riaz was driving on his bike but was hit by a speeding lorry at Bahadurpura.

The CCTV footage showed the boy falling with the bike and the back wheel of the lorry going over him, leading to instant death.

Even though the locals rushed to save him, the boy had already succumbed to death.

The police have filed a case against the lorry driver.

Despite several warnings from the police, parents are giving vehicles to underage children. It is illegal for those under 16 years to drive a vehicle as per the Motor Vehicle Act.
