Viral video: Biker rescued after falling into huge pit opposite Secretariat

A biker accidentally fell into a pit dug up right opposite the Telangana Secretariat in Hyderabad. While the incident took place on Thursday, it came to light on Saturday after a video went viral on social media.

The video shows the crowd gathered around the pit nearby the Secretariat and a black bike lying near the deep pit, into which the rider fell.

While few people are seen making attempts to rescue him by passing the ladder into the hole, the video ends with a muddied man coming out of the hole. 

The biker escaped with minor injuries.

According to the reports, the incident occurred at around 6 pm on February 8 where the works of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) are going on. The biker failed to notice and fell into the pit.
