KCR lauds Telangana State Budget for 2018-19

Hyderabad : Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao lauded that the State Annual Budget for 2018-19 introduced in the Legislature today and said it was useful for the development of all sectors and welfare for all communities.
 
The Chief Minister described the budget as 'very balanced'. The Budget is prepared striking a balance among the resources of the Telangana Government, its needs and aims and objectives of the government. He congratulated Finance Minister Eatela Rajender, Principle Secretary (Finance) Ramakrishna Rao, and Advisor G R Reddy for preparing the yearly financial plan for the effective implementation of the government’s programmes, plans and schemes.
 
KCR has expressed his happiness over greater allocations for the Agriculture Sector on which a great majority of people are dependent. More allocations for the irrigation projects, Crop Investment Support scheme, power subsidies would help successfully implementing the programmes aimed at developing the farm sector in a big way as envisaged by the government, he said.
