Vendor Development Programme held at NTPC

Hyderabad : NTPC-Ramagundam, in association with National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC), Hyderabad has organised one-day Vendor Development Programme in its premises on Tuesday wherein around 60 local vendors participated.
 
Inaugurating the programme, Chief Guest of the occasion D. K. Dubey, ED-Ramagundam asked all the participating vendors to keep abreast with changes in procedure, guidelines as well as technical and financial aspect. Appreciating Contract Department for organizing such event in regular interval, Dubey further asked the vendor to use the platform to clarify doubts and issues so that development of the oragnisation and vendors move parallel.
 
In her address, T. Kamaleswari, Deputy Manager (BD) from NSIC, Hyderabad, highlighted various provisions and benefits for small industries. Earlier, Shri Sreekumar Vasudevan, AGM (Contract Services) welcomed the dignitaries and highlighted the initiatives taken by his department for the benefits of Vendors.
 
During the Open House Discussion, vendors asked different queries pertaining changes, issues and others which were promptly replied by NSIC officials as well as NTPC senior officials. A power point presentation on Vendor Development system at NTPC was jointly given by C Yogita, Manager (Purchase) and C Vinutha, Manager (Contract Services).
 
GM (Project) M N Prasad;  GM (O&M) Ravindra; GM (Maintenance) A. K. Jain; GM (Finance) B Rama Rao; GM (Technical Services) P.  K. Laad and senior officials from NTPC C&M Department, NSIC and others were also present.
