Telangana govt to fill 9976 medical posts

Hyderabad: The Telangana government is planning to fill 9976 posts in the medical department. This was stated by Telangana Medical and Health Minister C Lakshma Reddy. He said steps would also be taken to fill the 205 civil assistant surgeons’ posts once the TSPSC results. 

The process would be completed in six months. He said as many as 1266 civil assistant surgeon posts would be filled as per departmental appointments. He said steps are being taken to set up 12 more neonatal protection centres in the state. 

Already 23 centres are functioning in the state. He said steps have been taken to monitor zica virus, ebola and other contagious diseases by setting up quarantine centres at the airport.
