Case booked against Sarvey Satyanarayana

 ​Hyderabad: A case was registered against Former Union Minister Sarvey Satyanarayana for abusing Medchal Malkajgiri District Collector M V Reddy during his speech on the eve of Ambedkar Jayanthi in Kukatpally. 

Former Minister Sarvey Satyanarayana entered the premises along with his followers, who created a scene at the event. Later, Sarvey Satyanarayana allegedly started argument with District Collector and created nuisance on the dais after that he was given a chance to speak. 

While addressing the gathering, he suddenly abused the present government. Later pointing his finger at the District Collector, he cautioned that if Congress comes to power, it will be end to the Collector’s career.  

The local Tahasildar and Revenue Inspector objected him and during the melee Ashwin Kumar, the Revenue Inspector received injuries on his nose. “The ex-Minister Sarvey Satyanarayana obstructed the official programme and interfered with official machinery in discharging their legitimate duties,” said P Anil Kumar, SI, Kukatpally. A case under sections 341, 332, 506 r/w 34 of IPC was registered and probe is on, he added.
