Harish Rao: TS Govt to provide checks for farmers under Rythu Bandhu scheme on May 10

Irrigation Minister Harish Rao examined helipad and public places for the tour of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in Medak district.

Speaking on this occasion, he said, "The people of Medak are getting their long-awaited wish fulfilled of KCR laying the foundation stone of the District Collectorate.”

He urged the people to come in large numbers for the event.

He further said, “Many governments made a promise to form the district headquarters. But even during the Indira Gandhi regime, they failed to fulfill this promise. Hence, KCR decided to divide the Joint District into three districts, providing good development.”

Harish Rao also informed that the government is all set to provide checks to farmers under the Rythu Bandhu Scheme. He directed the authorities to ensure that the farmers affected in the monsoon rains do not face any difficulties.

He issued orders to let the produce brought to the market by the farmers be purchased in time. The Minister even ordered the bank authorities to give the money earned in the Rythu Bandhu Scheme to the farmers.
