Bandaru Dattatreya's son dies of heart attack

Hyderabad : Former Union Minister and BJP MP Bandaru Dattatreya's only son Bandaru Vaishnav, 21, died of a massive heart attack on Wednesday.
 
Vaishnav, a third year student of Medicity Medical College, reportedly collapsed while having dinner with his family at their Ramnagar residence in Hyderabad on Tuesday. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Musheerabad where he was declared dead around 12.30 am.
 
Dattatreya, a member of the Lok Sabha from Secunderabad constituency, was inconsolable over the loss.
 
Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu telephoned Dattatreya to convey his heartfelt condolences.
 
Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan has visited the residence of Dattatreya and offered his heartfelt condolences. The Governor expressed his "deep sense of sorrow on this tragedy that struck Sri Dattatreya and his family on the untimely and unfortunate demise of his dear son."
 
The Governor said that, "One can find no words to offer solace on the loss of a sibling. My prayers to God Almighty to give Sri Dattatreya's family members the strength to go through this terrible episode."
 
Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana N. Chandrababu Naidu and K. Chandrashekhar Rao respectively have also conveyed their condolences.
