Hyderabad: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State unit President Dr K Laxman said that the party will be preparing a charge sheet against the four-year rule of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) government and place it before the public for a State-wide discussion.

Addressing media here on Tuesday, Laxman said that the two-day State Executive Meetings that concluded on Monday adopted political resolution besides finalising a roadmap to step up the party activities focusing on the ensuing Panchayat Raj elections and State Assembly and the parliamentary elections later in 2019.

The charge sheet will focus on the failures of the TRS government in Telangana on various fronts, corruption and family-rule in the State. Terming that the State government has unilaterally finalised the new zonal system, considering as it was Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's personal issue. Even the Opposition parties are not consulted on such key issues. And, people are raising objections against the same, he said.

Similarly, the cleaning of land records turned into a farce forcing people to make rounds around the Mandal Revenue Offices across the State. However, neither the Chief Minister, Ministers nor administration bothered about the woes of people, he added. He alleged that the TRS and the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) are working hand-in-glove with the Congress. Chief Ministers of both the Telugu States are frustrated and scared of party national president Amit Shah and Modi’s continuous victories across the country. "Neither the TDP nor the TRS, are anti-Congress.

They are performing the role of JD(S) in the Telugu States, he said. Giving details of the party's action plan, the BJP MLA said that 400 party leaders and executive members will meet 10,000 people from different professions like doctors, lawyers and prominent persons to discuss the development and welfare activities of the Central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The action plan will be carried out till June 11 as part of the nation-wide Vishesh Sampark Abhiyan to touch people and to take feedback from them on the four-year governance of the Centre. Each party leader will meet 25 prominent persons and report will be submitted to the
national party, he said.

Besides, Palle Nidra programme will be observed for a day in every month. And, the State leadership will spend a day in the Dalit colonies in a village as part of the programme, he said. Further, the party activities will be intensified from June this year till 2019 general elections by chalking out an action plan. During June and July this year, the party will observe Parivarthana Yatra.

The main focus of this programme will be to highlight the achievements of the four-year governance of Narendra Modi and the failures of the TRS government in the State. This will be further followed up with Sampark Yatra in December and a public meeting will be organised in different regions of the State.

Also, the party decided to hold a conference with intellectuals on May 31 and Union Minister for Law and Justice Ravi Shankar Prasad will hold a meeting with the editors of the media to brief on the governance of four-year-old Modi's government at the Centre.

Expressing shock over the accidents taking place regularly on the Rajiv Rahadari, Laxman said that the accidental death toll is increasing, and the State government has not responded to address the issue.
