The TPCC chief alleged that the Chief Minister has been serving Prime Minister Narendra Modi faithfully and he has supported the PM who indulged in a big public betrayal without a thought. The Chief Minister has supported the Centre’s decision to scrap the high value currency notes, which created troubles to 130 crore population of the country.

Stating that Chief Minister had failed to get the promises implemented by the Centre made to the State, Uttam said the Chief Minister and MIM leaders have been tacitly supporting the Modi government. The Congress leader made it clear that the Muslims would get real benefit if the 12 per cent reservations were implemented instead of distributing clothes to them during Ramzan.

CLP leader in Assembly K Jana Reddy, Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council Shabbir Ali, former union minister S Jaipal Reddy, PCC working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, city Congress president Anjan Kumar Yadav and former MLA D Nagendar attended the Iftar party.
