Appoint more doctors in SCCL hospital

Kothagudem: Singareni Collieries Workers Union organising secretary Vanga Venkat on Friday demanded the management  to fill the doctors post in the company’s main hospital immediately. 

Venkat along with his union members visited the main hospital and inspected the facilities there. Later he said due to shortage of doctors, patients are facing problems in the hospital.  He appealed to the SCCL management to fill the doctors and pharmacy posts in the hospital immediately.

Earlear, he met the employees’ family members who are undergoing treatment in the hospital.  On this occasion, he questioned the SCCL management why did they hesitate to fill the doctors’ posts in the main hospital.  He said the hospital serves thousands of Singareni Collieries workers in around six areas.  He also demanded management to provide round the clock medical service to the employees.
