Olympic Day Run held

Nalgonda: Superintendent of Police A V Ranganath here on Friday stressed the need for exercise to lead a healthy life. He launched Olympic Day Run organised by Olympic Association of Telangana at NG College Grounds in Nalgonda.  

Speaking on this occasion, Ranganath said these kinds of programmes would create awareness among the people. He advised the people practise yoga  to maintain physical fitness and mental balance. The Olympic Day Run started at NG College and came to an end at Mekala Abhinav outdoor Stadium.

Olympic Run Organiser Md Salim, Narsi Reddy, RDO Cenkata Chary, DEO Sarojini Devi, DYSO Maqbool Ahmed, Red Cross Chairman Goli Amarender Reddy, Bandaru Prasad, Showraiah, Dr Pulla Rao, Mattaiah, Sridevi and others participated.
