Monsoon weak in State; light rains predicted

​Hyderabad: Light rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur at a few/many places in the State from June 27 to 30. No large change during July 1-3 is the weather outlook, the Met department bulletin said on Tuesday. It stated that the southwest monsoon was weak in Telangana.

Meanwhile, isolated rain occurred in the State on Tuesday with Mudhole in Nirmal district recording 2 cm. The highest day temperature of 37 degrees Celsius was recorded in Nalgonda. The other temperatures were: Bhadrachalam and Khammam 36 each, Hanamkonda and Ramagundam 35 each, Adilabad 34, Hyderabad, Mahbubnagar and Nizamabad 33 each, Medak 32 and Hakimpet 31.
