Vexed with constant harassment, woman along with minor son strangulate husband

A woman along with her minor son killed her husband at Janwada in Narsingi on Thursday as he used to physically assault them.

According to the police, the woman, identified as Bhagyamma on Friday morning informed the neighbours that her husband, Parameshwar has been killed by unidentified persons and the body was left outside their house.

During the police interrogation, the mother-son duo, however, confessed to having killed Parameshwar. They claimed the reason behind as he was an alcoholic and used to frequently assaulted them.

The police revealed that Bhagyamma and her son strangulated Parameshwar to death while he was asleep. A case has been registered under the Section 302 (murder) of the IPC.
