All set for Haritha Haram

Kothagudem: All measures have been taken for conduct of Haritha Haram programme, said District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu during a video conference with SK Joshi, the State Government Chief Secretary on Tuesday.  

The Collector gave the details of preparations for the conduct of the green drive.  He also told the chief secretary about the disbursal of Rythu Bandhu cheques and survey regarding Rythu Bheema scheme in the district.

The Collector also presented reports  on the  progress of all government schemes in the district. The Chief Secretary informed the Collectors that the government plans to appoint special officers in all panchyats in the state. 

The Chief Secretary asked the Collectors to choose the gazetted officer for smooth administrations in the villages.  District Rural Development Agency Project Director P Jagath Kumar Reddy, District Forest Officer Ram Babu and District Panchyat Officer Asha Latha and other officers participated in the programme.
