Update: 2018-07-17 05:30 IST

Bogatha (Bhupalpally): Restraint is the need of the hour, District Collector D Amay Kumar said, appealing to the visitors, who turned in large numbers to Bogatha waterfalls in Wajedu mandal. The Collector, who inspected developmental works at the waterfalls on Monday, interacted with the visitors and tried to elicit information about the facilities at the waterfalls.

“Safety is more important than the fun and frolic at the waterfalls,” he told the visitors, asking them not to venture too far into the waters. He directed the officials to take necessary measures to stop fatal accidents at the waterfalls.

Later, the Collector inspected the developmental works at Tadvai. DFO T Ravi Kiran informed him about to-be-introduced adventure sports plan as part of the ecotourism project. ITDA Chakradhar Rao and Eturnagaram DSP Ramana Reddy were among others present.
