Karimnagar: Telangana Yuvajana Samiti (TYJS) district convener M Ganesh demanded that the government should issue job notifications to fill 2.47 lakh vacant posts in various departments and announce job calendar immediately.

TYJS representatives staged a dharna in front of the Collectorate here on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, M Ganesh said the unemployed youth, who participated in separate Telangana movement anticipating that their dreams would come true after formation of separate Telangana State, are disappointed.

Even after completion of four years of ruling, the TRS government is unable to fill the vacant posts and playing with the lives of the jobless youth.
The TRS leaders and the government utterly failed in fulfilling the promise of one job for each family and spending time by deceiving the people with their mesmerising words.

Separate Telangana State was achieved with the sacrifices of students and unemployed youth present across the State but the TRS government is neglecting them.

Ganesh demanded the government filling up of 2.47 lakh posts immediately along with announcing the Job calendar. Otherwise, various student organisations will launch agitations across the State to teach the government a fitting a lesson, he warned. TYJS members Karre Sathish, Akhil Reddy, Katti Shiva, Vannaram Askhay, Rama Krishna, Akshith, Rakesh and Pranay are present.
