Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali on Saturday announced that he would be contributing his month’s salary to Kerala flood relief. While announcing this, he called upon citizens to help the flood-ravaged State on humanitarian grounds, be it financial or through other means.
He stated that he was inspired by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s decision to help Kerala by sending a relief of Rs 25 crore.
He lamented that the State which was known as ‘God’s own country’ was affected by the floods. He called upon people of the State to contribute through all possible means in the hour of desperate need.
