Visit flood-hit areas to help people: ASP to cops

Kothgagudem: The police officers shall visit the low-lying areas in their respected areas and meet the flood victims and them helping hand, said Additional Superintendent of Police Uday Kumar Reddy here on Monday.  

Addressing a crime review meeting, the Additional Superintendent of Police said,” to make police people-friendly prevent the crime rate in the district. He said, “the plantation drive will be conducted at all police station premises as part of Haritha Haram programme. He asked police officials to plant saplings in all police stations for better environment. 

He reviewed the pending cases in all police stations as part of the meeting. He asked officials to clear all pending cases as early as possible. Conduct awareness programmes and meeting with people create traffic rule awareness in   all police station limits. He also directed officials to install CCTV cameras in all police station limits to prevent crimes.
