Poll-ready CM KCR reshuffles 11 IAS officers

Hyderabad: In a move that adds grist to the rumour mills that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is going in for early elections to the Assembly, the government has affected a major reshuffle of 11 IAS officers, mainly district collectors. The reshuffle comes days ahead of the convening of the monsoon session of the Assembly from either on September 4 or 5. 

Ranga Reddy district Collector M Raghunandan Rao has been transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate, Hyderabad, in the place of Yogita Rana. The incumbent was posted as Director to Public Health and Family Welfare duly relieving Vakati Karuna, from full additional charge.    

Khammam district Collector Lokesh Kumar was transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate Ranga Reddy District.  Siddipet Collector P Venkata Rami Reddy was transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate Rajanna-Sircilla District vice D Krishna Bhaskar.

Kumrambheem – Asifabad collector Patil Prashant Jeevan has been moved as Collector and District Magistrate to Warangal (Urban) District in place of incumbent Amrapali Kata. Bhadradri- Kothagudem Collector Rajeevgandhi Hanumanthu was transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate, Kumrambheen- Asifabad district in the vacancy which has arisen due to transfer of Patil Prashant Jeevan.

Mancherial collector RV Karnan was transferred and posted as Khammam district Collector in the vacancy which has arisen due to transfer of  Lokesh Kumar. Sangareddy collector V Venkateswarlu was transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate of Jayashankar- Bhupalapally district, vice D Amoy Kumar. Special Officer to Gajwel Area Development Authority M Hanumantha Rao was transferred and posted as Sangareddy collector.
