SBI Carnival 2018 concludes on a grand note at HITEX

Hyderabad: SBI Carnival 2018, a two-day home and auto expo event was concluded at HITEX on Sunday evening. 

The event had more than 50 developers with more than 200 residential projects on display for visitors to choose from on the same platform.

The footfall was estimated at 15,000 and visitors expressed their happiness that they were able to find various options for purchase of their dream home. 

Many visitors said that they were able to find residential projects of various price ranges and such event by SBI was more helpful for them to finalise their long-waited dream to be fulfilled. 

Visitors also said that the event was good and different from regular property and auto shows with a wide range of options available to them. 

At the event, more than 10 car dealers participated displaying their latest car models. 

Participants expressed happiness that the turnaround of visitors was more than their expectations and that the event was promising to boost up their sales. 

Developers indicated that there were good number of serious inquiries with high prospects of conversion into sales. 

Car dealers were happy that it was an extremely useful platform to showcase their new models and with the large number of enquiries, they are expecting growth in their sales this upcoming festive season. 

State Bank of India is offering its home loan product with most competitive interest rates. Processing fee has been waived till 31.12.2018. 

The bank is offering different variants of home loan as per consumers’ requirements such as MAXGAIN Home Loan where overdraft facility is available and FLEXIPAY where EMI increases with increase in income of the borrowers. 

Besides, the bank offers customised home loan products for defence personnel and salaried employees with added benefits of longer repayment period. 

State Bank of India is working towards complete digitalisation of its retail loan products for paperless, smooth and more customer-friendly delivery of its products.

Rajeshwar Tiwari, IAS, Chairman RERA, at the inaugural function, had earlier said that, “It is good that many developers and car dealers are participating in this event. 

For growth in real estate sector, such expos are very useful. Implementation of RERA will lead to transparency in the market and conducting such events frequently will be useful for the market.” 

Swaminathan J, Chief General Manager, SBI said “Real Estate Market in Hyderabad is growing consistently and State Bank of India is supporting this growth. 

As 50 builders with about 200 projects and 10 car dealers are participating in the event, any one visiting the expo will be able to find their dream home and dream car. 

He also thanked TREDA, CREDAI and TBF for collaborating with SBI in its efforts to support the growth in the real estate market.
