Congress leaders protest against hike in fuel prices

LB Nagar: Condemning the hike in petrol and diesel prices, Congress party LB Nagar president Ananthula Raja Reddy organised protest rally from PVT Market at Kothapet to Dilsukhnagar on Wednesday. Addressing the rally, former legislator, party senior leader Devineni Sudheer Reddy alleged that after Modi Government came to power at Centre, in the past four years petro prices hiked from Rs 54 to Rs 84. 

It has become heavy burden on common man like price hike in essential commodities and LPG. He demanded to bring petroleum products under GST. Sudheer Reddy appreciated the party activities for maintaining discipline while participating in the rally. Leaders B Venkateswarlu, D Krishna, D Rajashekar Reddy, K Narasimha Reddy took part.
