Play based on Ambedkar’s principles staged

Zaheerabad: A play based on Dr Ambedkar’s principles “Sangham Sharanam Gachami” was staged in Shetkar function hall here in the evening hours of Wednesday. Department of Scheduled Caste Development sponsored the show. The play denounces the practice of untouchability. 

Audience, which included   officials of Department of Scheduled caste development Narayan Reddy and Pentaiah, district officer M Mallesham, district TDP president Y Narotham, officers of various government departments, students and academicians, were captivated by the play
