Hindi Diwas celebrated at Triveni School

Khammam: Hindi Diwas was celebrated at Triveni School, Khammam, on September 15, the day on which the language was recognised as national language in the year 1949. 

This was informed by Director of the school Dr Veerendra Choudhary. As part of celebrations, the school principal Rajendra Prasad garlanded the portrait of Mahatma Gandhi and paid tributes.

Speaking on the occasion, he advised the students to learn speaking Hindi fluently, along with Telugu and English. Later, he felicitated Hindi teachers of the school. On this occasion, essay writing and elocution competitions were held and prizes were awarded to the winners and runners of the competitions.

Among those present at the event include Y Venkateshwar Rao, owner of Krishnaveni-Triveni schools, CRO Murali Krishna, academic in-charge MD Mustafa, kids in-charge Sridevi and campus in-charge G Charles.
