Danam Nagender denies joining Congress

​Hyderabad: Former minister and TRS leader Danam Nagender on Monday denied that he was joining the Congress. In a clarification to a report that appeared in these columns on Monday, he said he would remain with the TRS and that there was no question of leaving the party.  

Nagender said he had joined the TRS after he was convinced that it was striving for the all-round development of the state. “There is no question of going back to the Congress,” he said. Criticising TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy, he dared Uttam whether he would say the Congress will not give more than one ticket in a family.
