Andhra Bank holds customer awareness programme
Koti: Andhra Bank, Hyderabad circle organized a customer awareness programme at Ftapcci Auditorium, Red Hills. In co-ordination with Banking codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI), Mumbai, a governing authority for customer services to banks. BCSBI, president Jyothi Sharma addressing the gathering, said the Bank was committed to customers and micro and small enterprises in making all out efforts in creating awareness on Banking codes.
Jyothi said the Bank was imparting training to all the staff about customer services and make aware of the codes of BCSBI standards while extending customer service. Executive Director Kul Bhushan Jain, Circle General Manager Dr D Venkateswara Rao, CV Raghunath, Dhanmjaya Rao, Sri Prakash, several branch managers, 200 branches staff and 450 customers from the city were present at the event.
