Nizamabad: TRS MP Kavitha on Wednesday termed the “grand alliance” of arch rivals and others as a bad alliance of four political parties. “This grand alliance is the curse to the people of Telangana, who should be wary of them”, she said.

Kavitha, who attended Ganesh puja at some of the pandals in Nizamabad, lashed out at the alliance of the Congress, Telugu Desam, CPI and Telangana Jana Samithi of Prof Kodandaram. The grand alliance of these four parties can be termed as ‘Bad Alliance’, she ridiculed.

The Congress and the TDP joining hands is unethical, the MP said. She exhorted the people to teach a fitting lesson to the grand alliance, which was making tall claims of coming to power.

The gang of four cannot take on the mighty ruling TRS, she observed. The Congress has been involved in deliberate attempt of mud-slinging at the TRS with regard to deletion of voters’ names from the electoral rolls. The previous Congress and the TD governments have already looted the people and denied them facilities, she charged.

The people now should teach them a befitting lesson and ensure they lose their deposits, Kavitha said. The past governments miserably failed to achieve the development which was done in four-and-a-half years by TRS and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, she added.

She exhorted the people to compare what the past governments have done with the welfare and development programs being implemented in Telangana State for the past four-and-a-half years and vote for the ruling party, she said.
