Caution notice to banks on Musheerabad land

Hyderabad: Deputy Commissioner, circle no 15, Musheerabad, informed that as per the approved layout dated Jan 11, 2018, ‘The Cine Guild Co-operative Housing Society Ltd a piece of land admeasuring 1087 Sq yds at Musheerabad, Hyderabad, is earmarked for park. Some land grabbers are trying to obtain a loan from Nationalized Bank/Private Bank on basis of false and fabricated documents and also trying to grab the land and sell it. 

The land already has a number of cases in form of WP in High Court and seven other courts have been filed. Some are trying to sell the said land and mortgage the same with an intention to obtain loans basing on false and fabricated documents from financial institutions. Hence, the public in general and banks nationalized/private or any financial institutions are hereby cautioned and warned not to enter into any transaction in respect of the said land ‘The Cine Guild Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, at Circle No. 15, Musheerabad, Hyderabad.
