Green gram purchase centre inaugurated

Tandur: RDO Venumadhav inaugurated green gram purchase centre at DCMS office on Monday. He said that Markfed fixed the price at Rs 6,925 for green gram. He alerted farmers on middlemen and appealed to them to utilise the centre. The RDO said that copies of Aadhaar, pattadar passbook and bank statement are mandatory for online registration. 

Tandur market committee chairman Srinivas, Bashirabad market committee chairman Srinivas Reddy, municipal chairperson Sunitha, Markfed district officer Jyothi, DCMS manager Shareef,  TRS leaders K Purushotham Rao, S Srinivas were present.
