IICT, CCMB, NGRI to display R&D activities from tomorrow

Hyderabad: The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) organisations like Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) and National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI), located in Tarnaka and Habsiguda, are showcasing their R&R activities as part of the India International Science Festival, on September 26, which is the Foundation Day of CSIR. The timings will be 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. The CSIR units are holding a mega science exhibition all over the country for popularisation of science and technology. 

The IICT, CCMB and NGRI will be displaying their R&D to inculcate scientific attitude among students at school level. While IICT is actively involved in chemistry and chemical technology areas for health, agriculture, environment and energy, CCMB deals with molecular biology and NGRI explores the earth sciences research.
