Telangana culture & cuisine displayed

Hyderabad: Shri Shakti College of Hotel Management organised ‘Telangana Theme Lunch’ as part of Paryatan Parv and World Tourism Day Celebrations, here on Wednesday. Students prepared Telangana cuisine like alasanda vada, jonna rotte, golichina mamsam, ankapur kodi kura, bagara annam, perugu saddi, pachhi pulusu and sakinalau, bobbatlu, malida muddalu, etc.
The students displayed Telangana culture by creating images of Batukamma, Bonalu, Potaraju, Peddamma Thalli, Charminar, Warangal Toranam by carving fruits and floral designs. They played Batukamma during the lunch.
